OPELOUSAS, LA—DECEMBER 28, 2021—Kj Mucho Macho Man SI 96, runner-up in the 2020 Grade 1 $393,813 Texas Classic Derby, will stand his second season at Louisiana Center For Equine Reproduction in Opelousas, Louisiana. His fee has been set at $2,250, with consideration.

"KJ Mucho Macho Man is an exceptionally well bred horse, with the sport's leading sire as his sire, and out of a Grade 1 winning Tres Seis mare. It does not get much better than that," LACER's breeding manager Stephen Deville said today.

"That same cross is popping up more and more successfully, including this year's All American Futurity winner, KJ Desperado. I think he will do great here in Louisiana," he added.

Kj Mucho Macho Man won or placed in 14 of 19 career starts, to 4, earning $293,474. He was also second in the Texas Classic Derby(G1), Texas Classic Juvenile, third in the West Texas Futurity(G2) and Ruidoso Invitational. He was also a finalist in the All American Derby(G1), Rainbow QH Derby(G1), All American QH Gold Cup(G1) and Z Wayne Griffin Directors Handicap.
