Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders Announces Its 2025 Officer Elections

ALEXANDRIA, LA–APRIL 23, 2025–The Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders announced its 2025 officer elections. The board elections were held today, and the executive committee will remain the same as last year

2nd Vice President Jerome Bellard
Secretary Bobbi Randle

Board members for 2025 include:

Central District: Karen Falgoust, Stephen Deville, Kent Guillory
North District: Michael Hayes
South Central District: Jerome Bellard, Kenny Patton, Brandon Trahan
Southeast District: Riley Blanchet, Major Thibaut, Tim Rogers
Southwest District: Kirt Chaisson, Larry Findley, DVM, Bobbi Randle

LQHBA is the official authorized representative of the American Quarter Horse racing and breeding industry in Louisiana, the unified voice of quarter Horse breedings in the State of Louisiana for purposes of communicatting the advantages and rewards of breeding Quarter Horses in the State and for the purposes of a conducting and coordinating activities with breeding and racing agencies.
