Attention Louisiana HBPA Members

Horsemen and women who have been displaced by Hurricane Laura can get some help from the LAHBPA>.

Any horsemen or women who have been displaced by Hurricane Laura, the Louisiana HBPA will pay the first week rent (up to $6 per day) and provide or reimburse for bedding (up to 4 bags).
