LQHBA LEGISLATIVE ALERT IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED!

LQHBA member are requested to contact their legislators and ask to amend legislation to include Racetrack Casinos which will create parity for the entire gaming industry.

LQHBA Members:

Senate Bills 316, 318, 320 & 321 will give Large Riverboat Casinos a competitive advantage over Racinos. Please ask your legislator to amend legislation to include Racetrack Casinos which will create parity for the entire gaming industry. If modernization is good for Riverboats in this State, it should be good for our local Racinos as well. Please keep parity in gaming!

Senate Bills 316, 318, 320 & 321 (see bellow) will be heard TOMORROW MORNING (March, Tuesday, March 20th, in Senate Judiciary B Committee @ 10:00 AM.

Please call or email Senate Judiciary B Committee members tomorrow morning early and ask them to amend legislation to include our Racetrack Casinos.
