Louisiana Champions Day Nominations Close Today

Nominations for the Louisiana Champions Day Quarter Horse stakes close today (Nov. 11).

ALEXANDRIA, LA—NOVEMBER 22, 2016—Nominations for the 2016 Louisiana Champions Day close today (Dec. 22).

The three Quarter Horse stakes for Louisiana-breds to be contested on the 2016 Louisiana Champions Day card, to be run Saturday, December 10th at the Fair Grounds Race Course are:

$100,000-Guaranteed LA Champions Day Juvenile(RG2)
350 Yards for 2-Year-Olds
$100,000-Guaranteed LA Champions Day Derby(RG3)
400 Yards for 3-Year-Olds
$100,000-Guaranteed LA Champions Day Classic(RG2)
440 Yards for 4-Year-Olds & Up
