Under jockey C.J. McMahon, Jess Louisiana Boo used his advantage off the inside rail to defeat Midnight Biscuit by three-quarters. The son of multiple stakes sire Jess Louisiana Blue completed the 870 yards in :36.367 seconds, a 90 speed index with a 2 mph tailwind.
Trainer Phillip Calais, Jr. saddled the three-time winner for owner-breeder Paul Daigle. Out of the Sir Alibi mare La Boo Con, Jess Louisiana Boo picked up $21,000 in his first career stakes win to boost his earnings total to $73,580.

Freakin Patriot Dash, also by Game Patriot, finished 1-˝ lengths back to earn $3,850 third. Joel Huitron trains the 6-year-old gelding out of Freakin Dash by Streak And Dash for owner Ariel Gutierrez. Luciano Duenez rode the stakes winner of $160,400. Robert Touhcet is the breeder.
