BOSSIER CITY, LA--FEBRUARY 3--The celebration continues for Jw Who Dat, who added his second stakes victory of the Harrah's Louisiana Downs Quarter Meet today, capturing the $25,000 Magnolia Stakes.

Owned by Renato Contreras and trained by his son, Javier, the 6-year-old son of Agouti out of the Heza Fast Man mare Ew Comment made his 870-yard debut in the $15,000 Marathon Stakes on January 13, winning it from the far outside post under jockey Antonio Alberto. Today, he drew inside, broke extremely well and never relinquished his lead, holding off a fast-closing effort from Im Mighty Fast. Jw Who Dat covered 870 yards into a 10-mph head wind in :46.514.

"He looked really good today and we felt our horse was going to run another big race," said Contreras. "As we saw from his last race, he loves to get out and take the lead, and today, he handled the turn really well."

Triple M Racing Stables, LLC had a solid showing, running second with Im Mighty Fast, ridden by Randy Edison and completing the trifecta with Struttinmyjewelsoff, with Juan Marquez in the irons.

Sent off as the second choice in the wagering, Jw Who Dat paid $7.60. This was the 24rd start and first stakes appearance for the bay gelding, who was claimed for $3,500 and has now won six races and purses of $62,192.

"There are no more 870 stakes at Louisiana Downs," said Contreras. "We'll give him a break and bring him back at Delta."

Trainer Jesus Garrido saddled runner-up Im Mighty Fast, a 5-year-old Mighty Corona gelding from the Beat The Feet (TB) mare Sheza Fast Doll. Bred by Brent Cody Leblanc, Im Might Fast earned $5,000 to boost his bankroll to $156,220.

Third-place finisher Struttinmyjewelsoff, is a stablemate of Im Mighty Fast.
