Delta Downs To Host Schooling Races For 2-Year-Olds on Wednesday and Thursday

Delta Downs will offer two nights of schooling races this week for 2-year-olds.

VINTON, LA–APRIL 11, 2023–In preparation of the upcoming Delta Downs live Quarter Horse meeting, April 29 thru July 15, the track will host two nights of “schooling races” for 2-year-olds.

On Wednesday, April 12, Delta will offer 12 non-wagering 220-yard races for fillies who remain eligible to one of the track’s five futurities on the track’s lucrative stakes card.

On Thursday, April 13, 10 non-wagering 220-yard races for colts & geldings who remain eligible to one of the track’s five futurities have been carded. First post is 7:30 p.m. (CDT).
