Under jockey Joseph Belloc Jr., Triple Vodka Memory veered at the start but recovered to break her maiden in her first career start by three-quarters of a length. The sorrel filly completed the 350-yard task in :15.875 seconds, into a 7-mph headwind, to record the top qualifying time.

Leonard Espinoza conditions the Louisiana-bred filly for owner Daniel Quinonez. Renee Spiller bred the daughter of second crop sire Triple Vodka from the Leaving Memories mare Splashed Memories.

Espinoza saddled three qualifiers including 7th fastest Olivia First Choice and 9th fastest My Pistolita.

Discrete Glory posted the second fastest time of :15.955 seconds after defeating Shakin Cash by a head in the final trial. Owned-and-trained by Ricardo Ramirez, the Colorado-bred son of All American Futurity winner No Secrets Here was ridden by Vince Guerra.

It was also the first win in two starts for the Richard and Genevieve Herrman bred gelding. He entered the trials off a second-place effort in a Turf Paradise maiden race on March 20.

Trainer Matthew Fales also saddled three qualifiers including Tanyah Tucker, a Texas Icon filly who kicked off the day with a neck win in the opening trial to record the 6th fastest time of :16.023.

An Arizona homebred for Ralph and Carolyn Fales, Tanyah Tucker is out of the Rocky Jones mare Phenomena. Jorge Bourdieu has the riding assignment.

Fales other finalists were 5th fastest Texas Tornadoe, and 8th fastest Higher Icon.
