R J Farms Adds Two Young Stakes Sires to 2015 Roster

CAMPTI, LA—NOVEMBER 8, 2013—R J Farms, near Campti, Louisiana, announced this week they have added stakes sires Bedouin Cartel and Jess Elie to their stallion roster for 2015. Both stallions are owned by Mercy Hinklin Horse Farm of Livingston, Texas and will stand for a fee of $2,500.

From three crops to race (only four starters), Jess Elie has sired three winners, 1 stakes winner,1 stakes placed (50% stakes horses), 100% SI 90 or higher with average earings per starter of nearly $38,000.

His get include 2013 Barnmaster Sprint Stakes winner A Noble Jess SI 106 ($81,175) and Harrah's Entertainment Futurity(G3) runner-up A Noble Jess Elie SI 93 ($58,220), Jess Eliesmischief SI 91 (Winner at 2, $11,317) and Infamous Chicks SI 91($1,239).

The son of #2 leading living sire of money earners Mr Jess Perry won or placed in six of seven career starts.

Jess Elie is out of the Reb's Policy (TB) mare Miss Moon Policy, dam of 10 ROM, five stakes horses including G3 winner Mr Moon Policy SI 101 ($231,375), RG3 winner BCR Pale Moon ($77,376), stakes winner Smart Policy SI 103 (64,161), stakes winner BCR Misty Moon SI 103 ($28,309) and G3 placed Rigid Policy SI 128 ($96,280), etc. She is the granddam of AQHA Racing Champion 3-Year-Old Gelding Little Bit Of Baja SI 107 ($877,524), etc.

The second dam is the Lady Bug's Moon mare Myriah, a half-sister to AQHA Racing Champion Heza Charger SI 109 ($301,289), etc.
