LQHBA Seeks Hall of Fame Nominations

LQHBA will honor its inaugural Hall class in March 2016.

ALEXANDRIA, LA—SEPTEMBER 19, 2015—The Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders’ Association is seeking nominations from its members for its inaugural Hall of Fame class.

To submit a nomination, a person must be a member of the association, which was formed in 1966 and will be celebrating its 50th anniversary next year. CLICK HERE for a nomination form or call the LQHBA office in Alexandria at (318) 487-9506.

The inaugural LQHBA Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place as part of the association’s annual membership meeting and awards banquet at the Evangeline Downs Event Center in Opelousas on March 19, 2016.

“This will definitely be a very special night for our entire association,” said LQHBA executive director Tony Patterson.

LQHBA is the official authorized representative of the American Quarter Horse racing and breeding industry in Louisiana, the unified voice of quarter Horse breedings in the State of Louisiana for purposes of communicatting the advantages and rewards of breeding Quarter Horses in the State and for the purposes of a conducting and coordinating activities with breeding and racing agencies.
